IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Savara does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the use of Savara Products.

In consideration for your participation in Savara Products, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Savara and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the use of Savara Products.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.  The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.

I hereby agree on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Savara and its officers, board and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the use of Savara Products.

It is further understood and agreed that said participation in the use of Savara Products is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by Savara, officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which Savara its officers, board and employees, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the parade participant.


SAVARA RETURNS POLICY

(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

(2) Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product; 

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging (where applicable) and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) the product was bought directly from Savara, either online or via our Pay & Collect Centre. Savara products bought from Stockists or second hands will not be considered for a refund;

(d) you have all the original purchasing documentation provided to you by Savara;

(3) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

(a) inform Savara of your wish to refund the product and the reason why, in writing only within 14 days;

(b) await a reply from Savara with the decision made;

(c) should Savara accept the reasons for the refund, you must pack and return the product at your cost to: A14 Milnerton Business Park, Milnerton, Cape Town 7441

(d) once Savara has received the goods, further assessment will be made to ensure the goods are in a condition where they can be resold at full price;

(4) Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) products that have clearly been used more than once and products that have been badly damaged due to lack of care;

(b) products that have been bought second hand and/or from a Savara Stockist

(c) products from the Coppercraft Collection and/or custom made products, as these products are made to order and therefore, specific to the individual purchasing;

(5) Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and including the costs of returning the product to us. Refunds will be processed by EFT only and may take up to 5 working days to process. Exchanges and credit notes are also issued upon request. If exchanging, please check that the goods you wish to receive as an exchange are in stock.
